Fiber optic loopback cables incorprate two fiber optic connectors and they are plugged into the output and input port of the equipment respectively so that a signal can be sent from a communication device and looped back to the device as a way to troubleshoot a defective node in the network. Loopback modules are useful for testing equipment to determine where a fault might lie. Our loopback cables are compliant with ATM, fast Ethernet, fiber channel, and gigabit Ethernet, and are available in Multimode and Singlemode. A variety of fiber cable jacket types and cable diameters are also optional as per specific request.
